Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions for the HR, Investor Relations (IR) and Corporate Communications functions — from requirements gathering and solution evaluation, through development, testing, deployment, support and eventual retirement.
Partner with HR, IR and Communications stakeholders to translate business needs into practical digital solutions, including HRIS (e.g. Workday), talent and learning platforms, IR disclosure and investor engagement tools, and corporate communications / intranet / content platforms.
Support and contribute to AI-enabled initiatives across these functions — including generative AI assistants, intelligent document processing, sentiment and analytics tooling, chatbot / self-service experiences, and AI-augmented content creation — ensuring solutions are responsibly designed and deliver measurable business value.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve productivity through AI, low-code / no-code platforms and workflow automation (e.g. Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
Assist in tracking project tasks, timelines and costs under the guidance of the project lead, helping ensure delivery on time and within scope.
Collaborate with internal teams (Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Compliance) and external vendors to support successful implementation, smooth integration and sustained operations.
Create and maintain documentation for applications under your care — including configurations, integrations, AI use cases, prompts and operating procedures.
Help ensure that applications meet regulatory, data privacy (e.g. PDPA), audit and cybersecurity standards, with awareness of the sensitivity of HR data and price-sensitive IR information.
Build working knowledge of HR, IR and Communications systems and provide first-level functional and technical support to business users.
Support integration of these platforms into the broader CapitaLand eco-system, working with senior team members and vendors.
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and help optimise system performance and user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in HR / IR / Communications technology and AI are welcome to apply.
Exposure to any of the following is an advantage: Workday, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, or communications platforms.
Familiarity with AI and generative AI concepts (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and a keen interest to apply them to business problems.
Basic understanding of software architecture, integration concepts (APIs, SSO, data flows) and cloud — sufficient to support solution discussions.
An energetic team player with a positive outlook, comfortable handling ambiguity and eager to learn.
Good communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels — including HR, IR and Communications business users (verbal and written).
Able to liaise with vendors on day-to-day delivery matters.
Effective time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines across multiple parallel tasks.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and a genuine curiosity to explore emerging technologies, particularly in the AI space.
Awareness of data privacy, confidentiality and information-handling requirements, given the sensitivity of HR and IR data.
