About the CRM & Loyalty Team
The CRM & Loyalty team manages the loyalty programme and shopper engagement activities across Keppel’s shopping malls including Hanoi Centre, Saigon Centre and Estella Place. Our work focuses on enhancing customer experience through loyalty app features, member campaigns, tenant partnerships, rewards, privileges, and digital communications.
As a Design & Communications Intern, you will support the team in preparing visual and communication materials for loyalty marketing campaigns and activities. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in design, branding, retail marketing, and customer engagement, and would like to gain practical exposure in a dynamic shopping mall environment.
Scope of Work
A. Design Support
- Support the team in creating and adapting visual materials for loyalty marketing campaigns, app content, social media, and mall activations
- Assist in resizing and preparing campaign assets for different digital and offline channels based on provided briefs
- Help ensure visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign directions
B. Communications & Activation Support
- Assist in preparing communication materials for loyalty marketing campaigns, events, and onsite activations
- Help coordinate production and printing requirements for event collaterals
- Provide onsite support during selected events or activations when required
C. Team Support
- Work closely with the team to understand how campaigns are planned and executed
- Learn how design, communications, digital channels, and onsite activations work together to engage customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Senior student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or related fields
- Design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar platforms
- Good sense of brand identity, visual layout, colour, typography, and attention to detail
- Interest in retail, lifestyle, branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement
- Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible
- Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
