Responsibilities:
- Gather, process, and verify the accuracy of customer-submitted documents related to vehicle purchases.
- Preparation and sending sales contract to our prospective customers
- Communicate with customers and internal team members to address document-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding document handling.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vehicle titles or other documentation.
- Verify title documents and assist with filing titles and sending documents to receive titles from the state.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams, verbally and written
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with vehicle titles and other documentation.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Background in title work is a plus.
