F5, Inc. seeks Sr Sales Enablement Manager in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Deliver instructor-led training in both in-person and virtual environments. Build and maintain courseware for internal and external technical sales team members (including lab guides presentations, web-based training, demo guides, role plays). Develop virtual environment blueprints for training classes. Evaluate learners on the successful completion of courses, including assessments of technical presentations and demos. Work closely with Field Enablement leadership along with Technical Sales leadership and Product Management on adding new topics to the curriculum. Balance disparate feedback from multiple business partners on the Sales and Product teams. Advance strategies for evaluating the success and impact of training programs. Rapidly adapt and optimize enablement content between internal and Partner programs to ensure relevance and impact for diverse audiences. Collaborate with AMER Channel team, supporting WWFE contributions to Channel enablement initiatives and programs. Champion alignment and consistency in WWFE support for Channel teams globally, driving unified standards and best practices across regional programs. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from F5 offices in Seattle, WA.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and or two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) web-based training. (2) Proficiency in content adaptation and alignment across multiple enablement programs. (3) Understanding of F5 Channel Enablement programs and partner ecosystems. (4) Experience developing and delivering technical enablement content for solutions engineer audiences globally. (5) BIG-IP, NGINX, and Distributed Cloud systems. (6) Experience developing and managing technical labs using Unified Demo Framework. (7) Learning Management Systems (LMS), including Cornerstone. (8) Partner engagement platforms including 360Insights. (9) Experience with developing, delivering, and analyzing session surveys leveraging online survey tools (MS Forms and SurveyMonkey). Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from F5 offices in Seattle, WA.
