- 担当するお客様に足繁く通い、対話を通じてお客様の経営課題を深く理解する
- お客様を訪問する前に、市場分析およびお客様の経営課題についての分析は完了する
- お客様の真のニーズと要求事項に適した提案書を作りあげる

■Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customers visit,
- Complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customers visit,
- Develop proposals which fit for customers’ true needs and requirements,
- Develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels,
- Find a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations,
- Maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs, and
- Develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team
