Reporting directly to the India President , this role will develop a clear view of the organization and talent needs and deploy talent strategies in support of Veralto’s High Growth Market strategy in India. This role will provide leadership on people related solutions, including organization design and assessment, talent planning, associate engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture. They will identify and address business challenges by going to Gemba, and leading and coaching leaders in PSP and functional Kaizen, etc.).
This role is critical in the development of strategy to enable the High Growth Market strategy in India and will also provide HR Business Partnership support to Veralto Operating Companies (OpCos) in this country. Your Responsibilities
The candidate will focus their efforts in the following primary areas:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop the India talent and organization plan that is aligned with the High Growth Market business strategy, Veralto HR priorities and programs. Drive the execution of closing any of the identified gaps using applicable VES tools.
Leverage data and VOC to identify the most pressing opportunities and challenges impacting your business areas.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Leverage the findings to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with senior leaders in development of comprehensive change management plans to accelerate change.
Play an active role in the India leadership team, contributing to business reviews, influencing business decisions and driving continuous improvement opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Partner on due diligence and integration planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions
Talent Developer
Lead the India organization and talent processes across the OpCos. You will: thoroughly know the talent, advocate, and champion talent moves, support the development of future leaders, cultivate, and attract external candidates.
Install and leverage Talent standard work to build strong leadership capabilities and succession pipelines.
Consultant & Coach
Based on the deep knowledge of the client group and the talent and organization priorities, provides strategic counsel to their business leaders and teams.
Ensures compliance with employee-related local law, HR & Company policies. Champions Veralto culture and sets the tone to foster positive associate relations.
HR Business Partnership for Veralto Operating Companies
Key partner with the Operating Companies and business leaders in India. Provide leadership on people related solutions, including organization design and assessment, talent planning, associate engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
+10 years of HR experience preferably in diverse industries (tech, healthcare, and manufacturing)
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on a range of HR-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, and performance related discussions
Act as a change agent to drive organizational transformation and culture change initiatives to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and contribute to the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Partner with the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, programs, and policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Implement the HR Operating Model in India, aligned with the Global framework.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
