

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Lead Analyst/Asst. Manager to join our Business Finance (FP&A) team. This role will be instrumental in providing critical financial insights, supporting business operations, and driving strategic decision-making through robust financial planning and analysis, including the use of AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and depth of analysis.
About the role:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, or a similar finance role.
Experience within a large multinational or complex matrix organisation preferred.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and variance analysis.
Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or advanced analytics tools to improve financial reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or forecasting processes.
About You:
6 to 10 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Strong capability in data modelling, reporting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
Ability to use AI-enabled tools to support dashboard creation, automated reporting, narrative generation, data quality validation, scenario modelling, and insight identification.
Strong understanding of financial metrics, including EBITDA, revenue, margin.
Experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems preferred.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational and strategic business drivers.
Ability to interpret complex data and convert analysis into practical business recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across finance, operations, commercial, technology, and leadership teams.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
MS Excel expertise, Excellent understanding/User level (advanced) understanding of financial / management reporting tools – SFDC, SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, MS Access, Hyperion and automation tools.
