TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE
Regions of Bas Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie, and the Acadian Peninsula (Northeast N.B.)
The Dealer Services Department is looking for a key person to join its team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Dealer Services, the primary role of the Territory Representative consists of acting as an expert advisor and point of contact for dealers regarding all aspects of their store performance, both financially and operationally.
More specifically, the incumbent will have the following main responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop lasting relationships with dealers, seeking to understand and satisfy their needs;
· Support dealers in identifying their sales, margin, and operations strategies, as well as in their promotional activities;
· Evaluate the potential of each store, ensuring sales per square foot are maximised to reach established sales objectives, and call upon external specialists when necessary;
· Promote products and BMR’s various commercial programmes, support negotiated purchasing programmes during buying shows, and ensure increased brand representation and effectiveness;
· Conduct various audits to ensure the application of operational standards and BMR’s different programmes;
· Represent BMR to dealers while respecting its operational standards, policies, and procedures;
· Perform monthly sales analyses, develop a dashboard, produce reports, conduct data analysis, propose corrective measures where necessary, and create action plans within budgeted targets.
