Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour commensurate on experience
What You’ll Be Doing: Lobby and Building Duties • Perform regular checks of office floors, communal spaces, and building exterior and report irregularities back to management in accordance with building rules and regulations
• Act as information desk for daily visitors
• Learn about tenant activities and promote tenant services as asked
• Assist and educate visitors on how to use the lobby touch screen directory
• Monitor mailroom activity daily
• Ensure the organization and neatness of the Lobby Attendant workstation, the lobby and mail hallways areas, and building entrance
• Perform fire and life safety duties as needed during building working hours
• Enforce building rules and regulations
Sales and Delinquency Duties • Collaborate with GM of Commercial Leasing to update website availability as needed
• Assist with sales readiness of offices spaces
• Complete pre-move in office readiness checklist and collaborate with maintenance team to bring office suites to sales-ready condition
• Greet prospects and perform scheduled and unscheduled office tours
• Maintain and organize tour schedule to maximize opportunities for new office rentals
• Assist and educate new office tenants during early days of tenancy
• Assist management with tenant delinquency duties – including disabling/enabling access cards and intercom
• Monitor daily conference room activity and collaborate with maintenance team to ensure the space is cleaned and organized between tenant sessions
• Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma or GED required. • Prior clerical work experience • Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred. • An eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products and other creative computer software like Canva and Adobe.
Needed Availability Monday-Friday daytime hours
Physical Requirements • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
