As our State Manager for Accent Brands, you’ll oversee and elevate our store network, driving operational excellence, sales performance, and a culture grounded in purpose, passion and people. This is a dynamic leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others to success, building strong relationships, and executing on commercial strategy while keeping customer satisfaction and brand advocacy at the heart of everything they do. About the Role As State Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Head of Retail to deliver strategic, operational and cultural outcomes across your brand portfolio and store network. You will mentor and inspire your store leadership team, ensuring each region is equipped to achieve growth, efficiency and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and influential - travelling across stores, leading activations, strengthening team capability, and contributing to the overarching brand direction within Accent Group. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Driving and executing commercial strategies for your regions in collaboration with the Head of Retail. • Setting and communicating monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring teams have the right tools and support to achieve them. • Championing our customer-first culture and contributing to overarching brand strategy. • Monitoring state-wide performance metrics including KPIs, UPTs, wages, monthly targets and comps, identifying gaps and delivering improvement plans. • Innovating and elevating market offerings, employee engagement initiatives, and training opportunities in partnership with the Head of Retail. • Coaching and assisting our store leadership teams with performance management and disciplinary processes, liaising with key stakeholders. • Collaborating with other State Managers to ensure consistency and excellence across the Accent Brands portfolio. • Regular store visits to drive in-store training, retail activations, audits and operational support. • Developing your store leadership team through tailored coaching, succession planning and ongoing capability building. • Hosting state-based meetings and presenting at leadership conferences and events. About You You are an experienced retail leader with a passion for people, performance and premium customer experiences. You know how to inspire teams, build culture and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll Bring: • Proven experience in a State Manager, Regional Manager or Senior Multi-Site Leadership role • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and operational results • Exceptional leadership and coaching capability • A collaborative and influential communication style • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams • A passion for retail, customer experience and brand storytelling • High energy, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel regularly across your store network
