Industrial Engineer to improve production efficiency, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role will analyze processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:- Focuses on line balancing, cycle time reduction, labor optimization, workstation design, and productivity improvement.
- Works on process setup, SMT/THT assembly optimization, tooling, fixtures, and production troubleshooting.
- Improves soldering, PCB assembly, testing, and manufacturing yield using SPC and Lean methods.
- Lean / Continuous Improvement Engineer
- Drives Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, waste reduction, and operational excellence projects.
- NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer
- Supports transferring new products from design to mass production and ensuring manufacturability.
- Handles capacity planning, takt time analysis, headcount planning, and factory utilization.
- Supply Chain / Planning Analyst
- Coordinates material flow, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
- Focuses on defect reduction, root cause analysis, CAPA, IPC standards, and customer quality metrics.
Requirements:Education/Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience- 3+ years in similar position
- 3+ years working in electronic manufacturing

The expected pay rate for this position is
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 depending on specific skills and work experience.
