We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations and support the upkeep of residential/commercial properties and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HVAC/AC systems, electrical work, painting, and general building maintenance. This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to perform repairs while supervising maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations and work orders

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC/AC systems

Conduct basic to intermediate electrical repairs and maintenance

Complete painting, drywall repair, and touch-up work as needed

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair and safety needs

Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory

Assist with plumbing, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks

Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required

Train and support maintenance staff as needed

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: Up to $35 DOE
