Culinary Department
In our Culinary Department, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering dishes across a variety of settings, including restaurants, banquet services, and in-room dining.
This role plays an essential part in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cuisine.
We are planning to recruit several new graduates across the following areas: Western cuisine and banquet cooking, sushi chefs, and pastry & confectionery (pâtissier).
