The ReSET Manager ensures consistent implementation of strategic merchandising programs, enhances store presentation, and supports operational excellence aligned with corporate objectives.
The ReSET Manager partners cross-functionally with Category Management, Merchandising, Operations, Supply chain, and store leadership teams to drive effective rollout of ReSETs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure minimal disruption to store performance.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of store reset initiatives (ReSET programs), ensuring alignment with merchandising strategy and business priorities
- Develop and maintain reset schedules, timelines, and resource plans across multiple locations
- Hiring and managing a team of approximately 70 people including 9 supervisors.
- Collaborate with Category management, merchandising, and procurement to ensure product availability and readiness for reset execution
- Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate reset effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Responsible for creating and managing budgets
- Manage and coordinate field teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality execution
- Ensure adherence to planograms, merchandising standards, and corporate guidelines during ReSET activities
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on progress, outcomes, and opportunities
- Support development and rollout of tools, processes, and best practices to improve ReSET efficiency and scalability
- Conduct post-reset reviews and implement learnings into future programs
- Regular visits and interaction with ReSET stores
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Category Management, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is ideal
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, category management, or project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale initiatives across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of planograms, merchandising execution, and store operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Understands how to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
