

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Lead the end-to-end transition of existing Drop Ship vendors from the current system to the new Drop Ship platform, executed in defined phases aligned to business priorities.
• Develop, manage, and execute phased vendor transition plans, ensuring strict adherence to agreed-upon timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate vendor transition preparation, including data validation, system readiness checks, and onboarding requirements.
• Track, maintain, and communicate detailed transition status, risks, dependencies, and progress against timeline commitments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the transition lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve transition-related issues in a timely manner.
• Validate successful transition completion, including order flow accuracy, inventory visibility, ASN/invoice integrity, and overall vendor readiness.
• Establish and document best practices, SOPs, and scalable playbooks for future vendor onboarding and system migrations.
• Provide regular reporting and executive-ready updates on transition progress, risks, and outcomes;
• Build strong vendor relationships to drive engagement, compliance, and long-term operational success;
• Other tasks assigned by line manager as needed.
JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, vendor management, or system implementations.
• Experience in Drop Ship, eCommerce operations, or vendor integration strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects with phased rollouts and strict timeline adherence.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and resolve complex operational and system-related issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong reporting and status tracking skills (e.g., Excel, dashboards, project management tools).
• Familiarity with order management systems, inventory feeds, ASN/invoice processes, and vendor performance tracking.
• Experience working with SPS Commerce (SPS system) or similar EDI/integration platforms is a strong plus.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $38-$42/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
