We are looking for a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who bridges business requirements and technical solutions. The role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting CRM platforms while ensuring alignment with business processes.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
Configure and customize CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, workflows, and automation
Provide functional guidance, user training, and ongoing support
Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)
Experience in both functional (business analysis) and technical (configuration/customization) aspects
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data models
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
CRM certifications (Salesforce/Dynamics)
Experience with Agile methodologies
