We’re seeking an Oahu-based leader to manage and develop a team of Field Sales Associates, driving sales growth with key restaurant and foodservice partners while growing a strong portfolio of well-known brands in a unique, relationship-driven market.
Lead, coach, and support a team of Field Sales Associates in the field while completing a minimum of 8 weekly sales calls, including calls conducted alongside direct reports.
Execute product presentations and client engagements to drive sales growth, presenting a minimum of three clients during each sales call.
Proven sales experience with strong drive to achieve results
Experience leading or mentoring a team preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Manage multiple priorities and work independently
Travel locally, including occasional overnight stays
