The J.B. Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville is seeking an energetic, student-focused, and highly organized professional to serve as an Admissions Counselor III within the Office of Admissions & Community Engagement. The admissions counselor of Speed School Admissions supports the planning, implementation, and assessment of undergraduate recruitment and enrollment strategies for the J.B. Speed School of Engineering. This position manages targeted recruitment territories and coordinates high-impact outreach initiatives; serves as the primary liaison for key engineering programs and partnerships, including Applied Engineering and Transition to Engineering (T2E), and all on-campus events supported by Speed School. This role represents the Speed School at high schools, college fairs, community colleges, STEM events, and on-campus recruitment programs while helping prospective students and families navigate the admissions process. The position also collaborates closely with faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to support enrollment growth and student success initiatives.
Target Compensation Maximum:
$70,623.00Target Compensation Minimum:
$47,048.00Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
