Career Level: C2/C3
Introduction to role:
Are you ready to turn web and media signals into crucial actions that elevate brand performance and help more patients find the treatments they need? As Senior Analyst - Digital Web Analytics, you will be the analytics heartbeat for a primary brand with multiple indications, based in Chennai or Bangalore, India. You will connect digital marketing investments to website engagement and conversion outcomes, enabling brand leaders to move quickly and authoritatively.
You will use an established reporting foundation across Adobe Analytics, Power BI and Excel to evaluate performance trends, interpret cross-indication results, and deliver executive-ready narratives that drive decision-making. Do you thrive with separating signal from noise, aggressive assumptions, and guiding collaborators toward the next best action that impacts real-world health outcomes?
Accountabilities:
Brand and Indication Performance Leadership: Own quarterly web and digital marketing performance reporting for a leading brand covering various indications. Reports align with commercial reporting standards and important metric definitions. Analyze performance across indications, audience segments and tactics to connect channel inputs to on-site outcomes and highlight what matters most now.
Insight Generation and Recommendations: Interpret shifts in traffic, engagement and conversion behavior; distinguish relevant changes from normal variation; identify risks and growth opportunities; and translate findings into clear recommendations with encouraged impact that advise plans and budgets.
Ad Hoc and Deep-Dive Analysis: Investigate emerging trends and performance gaps by interrogating Adobe Analytics and media platform data to validate patterns and test hypotheses. Evaluate traffic quality across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Organic, including landing page and journey performance, to uncover optimization opportunities across indications.
Adobe Analytics and Measurement Enablement: Build and refine reports, segments, calculated metrics and dashboards. Perform pathing, fallout and visitor segmentation analysis. Validate tagging and troubleshoot with Adobe debugging and browser developer tools. Support KPI documentation and consent-aware data collection to uphold data integrity and governance.
Data Visualization and Executive Storytelling: Craft compelling, executive-ready PowerPoint narratives that explain what happened, why it happened and what to do next. Ensure visualizations are clean, accurate and actionable for senior audiences.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary analytics contact for the brand, collaborating with marketing, media and web teams. Lead readouts, prioritize collaborator needs, and support test-and-learn cycles with clear measures of impact.
