As a Coordinator, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Quality Assurance team reporting to the Senior Manager of Office & Administration you will work on projects including Brand Compliance Committee, Quality Fees, Fleet Management.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Maintain and update QA-related sites, process documentation, and training materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across the department.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks including inventory tracking (equipment, supplies, and collateral), fleet management, and invoicing/billing activities (e.g., consecutive fees, international audits, Quality Fees, etc.).
- Produce weekly and monthly QA reporting, gathering and analyzing data and translating insights into clear narratives and presentations.
- Support QA operations by handling BOSS system maintenance, DE-identification tracking, and coordination of internal logs (Fire Life Safety, Reversals, Notice of Default).
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner with internal QA teams, global QA partners, and cross-functional departments (e.g., legal, finance, and compliance) to support reporting, billing and operational processes.
- Be a liaison between hotel teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on QA processes and requirements.
- Participate in QA committee and Brand compliance meetings, contributing research, agendas, historical data, and ongoing follow-up actions.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Oversee recurring QA reporting and presentations, including weekly/monthly performance reports and executive-ready insights.
- Manage important operational trackers and processes such as DE-identification logs, fleet inventory, billing/fee tracking, and audit-related documentation.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of work experience in Administration
- Proficient with MS Office
- Overnight travel less than 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Hospitality experience working on global projects
- One (1) year of experience within the Hilton Family of Brands
- Advanced Excel skills include building macros, VLOOKUP tables, and data manipulation
- Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Associate's degree/College Diploma

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $45,000 – $70,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. #LI-REMOTE
