The Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications (MRAC) Department is seeking an Education Consultant (casual) on a 3-month contract to join the Future Students team for student recruitment (domestic and international). As the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping positive student experiences and driving enrolment success. This role does not require travel. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed and arranged.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide counselling to prospective students and their parents with the accurate information including courses, tuition fees, scholarships and accommodation etc that offered by Heriot-Watt University Malaysia
2. Support the prospective students, their parents and partner education agents by answering the enquiries professionally in a timely manner
3. Manage leads, enquiries and applications by making the necessary follow ups in phone call/whatapps, checking on documents and arrange appointment for campus visit
4. Update leads/application data into the CRM within the standard timeframe
5. Support on campus events such like Open Days on non-working weekends occasionally
6. To work on ad-hoc task when it is required to support the Future Students team
