Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Head of Delivery to lead our large-scale banking operations, overseeing a P&L of $30M–$40M. This strategic role requires a high-caliber leader to manage complex digital transformation initiatives, acting as the primary bridge between senior stakeholders and offshore execution teams while ensuring operational precision, financial health, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Delivery & P&L Management: Own and manage a P&L of $30M–$40M, driving profitability through optimized resource utilization and cost management. Direct the delivery of multi-year, multi-million dollar banking programs from inception to closure. Lead and scale Offshore Delivery Centers (ODCs) for seamless integration between onsite requirements and offshore execution.
• Stakeholder Management & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, aligning delivery goals with business strategy. Establish and enforce a robust Governance Framework for transparent reporting on KPIs, risks, and project health.
• Operational Excellence & Agile Leadership: Champion Agile and Lean methodologies to improve velocity and time-to-market. Drive a culture of continuous improvement using metrics and data-driven insights. Oversee high-stakes RFP processes, providing leadership in solutioning, estimation, and commercial modeling.
• People & Talent Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads. Foster a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and customer-centricity.

Mandatory Skills:

• Program Management experience is a deal breaker.
• Deep experience in the Banking/FinTech sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale P&L ($30M+).
• Extensive experience managing ODCs and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.

Qualifications: Minimum 15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
