Scope of pre-sales activities: - Prepare product-market-fit for the local market using Byteplus' IaaS, PaaS, MaaS, and Video Cloud products. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and assess the customers' potential. - Engage with customers to clearly define the product and solution value proposition within the customers' context. - Develop proposals for customers, including business needs, application solutions, technical architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM). - Construct demos for customers' use cases, encompassing Public Cloud, AI Agent Platform, and Language/Content generation Model workflows. - Generate documentation for use cases, proposed solutions, product requirements, demos, and customer feedback. - Offer training and guidance to customers for solution deployment. Scope of forward deployed engineer: - Collaborate closely with key accounts in the capacity of an AI consultant to explore opportunities in AI transformation. - Develop a customer AI transformation roadmap, taking into account value proposition, solution feasibility, and integration with existing systems and processes. - Construct a demonstration for the proposed solution within the customer's business context and system environment. - Generate documentation for jointly-created solutions, value propositions, technical architecture, and customer feedback. - Ascertain common customer requirements or market needs and construct prototypes for industry solution portfolios.
