We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support Linxon’s global HR systems and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a SuccessFactors super user, with deep involvement in system configuration, HR workflows, and end-to-end HR processes. Workday experience is an added advantage.
This role requires solid functional HR knowledge combined with technical system expertise to ensure effective system configuration, continuous improvement, and strong alignment between HR processes and business needs.

Experience and Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in HR systems or HR operations with a strong systems focus.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory, including configuration and super-user level support.
Solid understanding of HR workflows and end-to-end HR processes.
Workday experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
