MISSION
Manage Dutch & Polish customers' orders, invoices and claims, in compliance with the terms and conditions of sales, as well as take care of after-sales activities, in order to ensure optimal logistics to the customers for the products of SBM Life Science on assigned perimeter.
Dutch Customers' Order Management - enter orders in ERP-system (SAGE) and issue invoices, by:
Reviewing orders for accuracy and completion
Organizing workflow to meet customer times frames
Perform on time invoicing of customer orders
Dutch Customers' Claims - handle and resolve, by
Providing prompt and accurate response to claims inquiries.
Investigating invoice errors, incorrect or damaged goods sometimes with input from 3PL
Registering claims in SAGE database
Issuing credit notes
Dutch Customers' Data and Sales Support - manage customer information and support sales organization in administrative customer communications, by:
Setting up new customers accounts
Performing customer verifications
Updating and maintaining customer accounts and price lists
Communicating product related information and updating external databases
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Very good command of Dutch and English, written and spoken
Min. 3 years of experience at similar position
Strong command of MS Excel
Power BI / ERP system - will be an asset

Can do attitude - natural attitude of searching for solutions
