We are now seeking a Beauty Facialist to join the Sydney Team.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a mobile expert, the Beauty Facialist curates a unique Brand experience by delivering bespoke facial treatments across different locations, ensuring each client interaction reflects excellence, professionalism and deep product expertise.
Combining technical mastery with a refined client-centric approach, the Beauty Facialist provides tailored skincare experiences, educates clients on effective skincare regimes, and builds meaningful, trust-based relationships that reinforce the Brand’s premium positioning.
The Beauty Facialist operates as a brand ambassador in motion, upholding the highest standards of presentation, service delivery and discretion while adapting seamlessly to diverse environments.

Key responsibilities:
Provide personalized skincare consultations and facial massage to clients using the unique Chanel trained techniques.
Understand client’s needs in skincare, propose personalized skincare program that delivers accurate results to ensure client satisfaction.
Share skincare knowledge trends and Chanel facial techniques and tips with clients to inspire them to explore our Beauty range
Coach and offer skincare knowledge to Beauty Advisors as a voice of influence and inspiration.
Travel to various locations as required, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
Manage personal schedule and travel logistics in a seamless manner to ensure readiness for appointments.
Adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining service quality
Have a positive attitude, communicates with the team and the manager on a regular basis and maintains the highest level of ethics and integrity.
YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY
The Beauty Facialist is a hands on position, that requires the successful candidate to use their Beauty Therapy background, develop client relationships to drive repeat business. You will be energized by the Beauty industry and building lasting relationships to achieve results for the business.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Expert knowledge in beauty trends and culture, with an excellent understanding of the skin and skin treatments.
Professional knowledge and certification in beauty therapy or equivalent diploma / certificate.
Experience and understanding of working in a salon/cabin environment
Storytelling capability and ability to engage and inspire clients and team members.
Proactive attitude, a self-learner and influencer of Skincare best practice.
International certifications such as CIDESCO Diploma in Aesthetics / CIBTAC Certification is highly regarded.
Basic makeup skills to finish the client experience would be advantageous.
This is a part time position of 30 hours, with a roster including some weekends and some late nights.
