Web Analytics & Digital Strategy:
Platform Oversight: Act as the primary architect for the web analytics stack (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA4), ensuring data integrity across all digital properties.
Tracking & Privacy: Lead the strategy for tag management (GTM/GA4) and server-side tracking to maintain data quality in a privacy-first environment.
CRO Partnership: Partner with Product and Growth Engineering to align web analytics with the product roadmap and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) goals.
Behavioral Segmentation: Use clustering (e.g., K-Means) to identify high-value user personas based on site behavior rather than just demographics.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
Leadership Storytelling: Own the narrative and present key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign results, and strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership (VPs, SVPs) in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, emphasizing global impact.
Candidate Requirements and Competencies:
Experience & Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a highly quantitative field.
Proven track record of moving beyond correlation to establish causality in complex, multi-variable digital environments.
Deep expertise in SQL and Python/R, with a specific focus on session-stitching, path analysis, and building propensity models to identify high-value web behaviors.
Experience navigating the 'Privacy-First' web landscape, including working with first-party data and server-side tracking to maintain measurement integrity.
Deep hands-on experience with a major Data Visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and proven track record of translating complex web datasets into scalable, automated visualization layers that empower stakeholders to make rapid, data-driven growth and investment decisions..
Proven track record of building experimentation programs. Expert-level understanding of p-values, confidence intervals, and Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches.
Statistical depth and expertise in Causal Inference, Power Analysis, variance reduction techniques (CUPED), interference/network effects, and Bayesian testing.
