Position Summary
You will support HR activities at GSK in Brazil with a focus on learning, talent and employee experience. You will work closely with local teams and global HR partners to deliver programs, improvements and insights. We value curiosity, empathy and clear communication. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support implementation and consolidation of the local learning platform and learning initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate and track training and development activities for employees.
- Help design and run employee engagement actions that improve experience and motivation.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations using people data to support decisions.
- Work with global HR teams to adapt and deliver global programs locally.
- Support local HR projects and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in HR, learning and development, or talent management.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese; English at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Comfortable working with data and able to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Good stakeholder management and ability to work across functions.
- Willingness to work on-site regularly; this role is hybrid with expected office attendance three times per week.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience implementing learning platforms or L&D technology.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations or regulated environments.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint or data visualization tools.
- Experience working with global or multicultural HR teams.
- Certification in HR, learning & development or talent management.
