Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with strong experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and SaaS environments. You will drive growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, optimize conversion funnels, and improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion
Optimize onboarding flows, free trials, and subscription conversion funnels
Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities
Run growth experiments and support data-driven product decisions
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Conduct customer research and gather insights to improve user experience and engagement
Support scalable growth processes and experimentation frameworks
5+ years of experience in Growth Product Management or related SaaS product roles
Strong experience in B2C SaaS or PLG-led B2B SaaS environments
Deep understanding of self-serve subscription products and SaaS customer journeys
Strong analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience optimizing growth funnels and lifecycle metrics
Comfortable collaborating with technical and engineering teams
Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
Fluent English communication skills (C1+)
