As an Associate Principal - SAP, you will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department. Your primary focus will be on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules, specifically demand and supply planning. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business requirements and translating them into effective IBP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP IBP and the ability to lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with client's business goals and processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique demands and supply chain challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional support.
- Mentor and guide a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
- Ensure the timely delivery of SAP IBP projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, maintaining transparency.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for SAP IBP implementations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP IBP modules.
- Deep expertise in SAP IBP Demand and Supply Planning, including configuration and implementation.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP IBP projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.
