The position in discussion is with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team for the US geography, as part of People & Business Services capability, which is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, end-client support, and improve profitability globally.
KGS RPO team has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the RPO team assists member firms in streamlining their recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates for their current and future talent needs. The team’s capabilities include candidate sourcing, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, campus hiring and candidate outreach, talent mapping & insights.
•Utilize multiple recruiting channels to attract, identify, and develop robust candidate pools across functions, including Audit, Tax, Advisory, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, Finance, and other Business Process groups.•Participate in end‑to‑end sourcing, conduct virtual interviews, and support candidate selection for KPMG US roles across levels; prepare structured, formal write‑ups for hiring teams.•Support the Talent Acquisition Initial Candidate Review by evaluating applicants’ qualifications against posted job descriptions and role requirements, ensuring consistency and quality.•Coordinate and collaborate closely with recruiters within the US Talent Acquisition team to review, calibrate, and advance qualified candidates.•Evaluate, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced staffing environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.•Apply best practices to streamline processes and enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.•Build deep expertise in the firm’s Talent Acquisition policies, SOPs, and systems; streamline processes and champion best-practice adoption.•Meet assigned hiring targets while maintaining full compliance with national reporting standards and internal governance requirements.•Partner effectively with the onshore recruiting team to deliver KPMG US hiring objectives, ensuring alignment on SLAs, process consistency, and quality metrics.Skills and Experience
•Minimum of four years of progressive corporate , professional services and/or agency recruiting experience; focused on consulting/IT recruiting.•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.•Detail-oriented and thorough with effective time management skills.•Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues and candidates, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by client service and teamwork.•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.•Experience with the firm's CRM & ATS database preferred.•Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with recruiting key stakeholders.•Able to work shift schedules aligned to US business hours/time zones..This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Bachelors /MastersWork experience
•4-6 years of experience in relevant domain•Experience of working in an MNC set up for US recruitment support/offshore support model.Key behavioral attributes/requirements
