The Senior System Analyst is responsible for leading system development as well as vendor implementation efforts, from project initiation through post implementation. The Senior System Analyst will initiate the efforts, lead internal IT and work with cross-functional teams as required, engage vendors and company stakeholders, and monitor and control all project activity throughout the project life-cycle. Additional responsibilities may include working on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations: Planning, Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Training, Implementation, and on-ongoing Technical Support. This individual will work on the on-going enhancement and technical support of the existing IT application portfolio in Business Systems Delivery. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day IT administrative tasks, problem solving, and issue resolution.

- Project Role: Leads significant tasks within a project. Identifies business opportunities related to strategic objectives.
- Portfolio Scope: Assists in planning and road mapping, including analyzing technology components for vendor support and cyber security compliance. Work on developing in-house applications and assist in the implementation of Vendor applications. Maintain and support one or more existing applications including monitoring product license compliance.
- Deliverables: Subsystem designs, end-to-end flow diagrams, use cases, complex APIs and modules, data models, and all System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation. Delivers value through regular releases and frequent customer testing.
- Business Relationships and Management: Provides updates to project plan, reports critical issues. Troubleshoots and resolves client issues. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve all project goals. Engages vendors/sponsors at the right level of detail for example in weekly status meetings. Proactively engages others outside the project teams to bring in expertise to work to solve technical issues.
- Decision Making: Identifies issues, develops alternatives, provides recommendations.
- People Leadership: Works independently and provides guidance to other employees and contractors. Actively seeks input from team members to facilitate quick resolution to issues. Demonstrates commitment and integrity and serve as a role model for team members.
- Operations: Conducts incident triage, remediation, root cause analysis and recommends preventive actions including HPI.
- Performance Improvement: Participates on IT process improvement teams. Makes suggestions on system or process improvements.
- Communications and Change Management: Strengthens business relationships, managing and maintaining effective communications with all stakeholders. Leads or contributes to team discussions. Proactively raises issues.
- Perform other related assignments as required.
- Vendor Management: Effectively develop, manage, and strengthen vendor relationships to align vendor products and
- services with business and IT objectives.
Required Education/Experience- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience or
- Associate's Degree with a minimum of four (4) years relevant experience or
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of six (6) years work experience in relevant field required
Preferred Education/Experience- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus.
Relevant Work Experience- 3+ years of experience with at least two (2) of the following technologies: Structured Query Language (SQL), such as Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL; Object-oriented programming, such as Microsoft .NET (VB , C#) or Java; Web Development using HTML, JavaScript and ASP.NET/MVC; Oracle RDBMS development (supported versions) or SQL Server (supported versions) development; Business Analysis. Required
- Must have an excellent work ethic. Required
- Must have ability to learn new technology as required for the job using documentation and other available resources. Required
- Flexibility to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities and stay on schedule/on budget. Required
