Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience working as a human resources (HR) business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks.
• Ability to transition between planning and direct execution, demonstrating an understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of HR.
• Ability to cultivate trusting 1:1 relationships with executive leaders, to effectively influence decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work at a quick pace and balance many different tasks.
• Passion for driving organizational success and fostering a culture of excellence.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
