If you are hired, you will...
- Create an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
- Welcome and greet customers with a smile and provide them with answers to their questions
- Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need
- Help customers locate items to find the produce they need, and provide recommendations
- Help lead and motivate the produce department team
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and motivate team members
- Order, stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables
- Ensure all produce is fresh and safe to eat
- Remove produce that shows signs of spoilage
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Follow all health regulations and safety standards
- Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements
A few things you’ll need…
- Candidates must be 18+ years or older
- Complete a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to stand and walk for up to the entire duration of your shift.
