That’s why, together with Tetiana Dukhnivska, Relationship Manager at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Relationship Specialist to join our team and build cost-efficient relationships with vendors and strong, strategic ties with our partners.
PMO is part of Headway Inc’s Operations tribe and is responsible for three streams — relationship management, project-operations, and market intelligence. The Relationship Management stream takes on all the challenges that come with our company’s growth — negotiations with vendors and strategic partners, optimization of our business services portfolio, the search for new collaboration formats, technological opportunities, and non-financial benefits. The team’s work is focused on improving cost-efficiency and expanding the strategic dimensions of our partnerships.

Close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders — primarily Operations, Marketing, and Product.

Run day-to-day communication with partners and internal teams on operational tasks (purchasing new services and tools, resolving technical questions, organizing consultations, escalating critical cases, etc.).
Own contracting and renewal management for our business services portfolio.
Handle budgeting and calculate key economic efficiency metrics for our partnerships.
Gather and analyze internal team needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests to partners.
Source new relevant partners aligned with our business needs and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams to keep partnerships running smoothly.
Have 2+ years of experience as a Partnership Manager or Business Development Manager, with successfully built partnerships in the commercial sector (closed deals, negotiated terms, agreed on new collaboration formats).
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable handling day-to-day operational interactions with partners and internal stakeholders.
Have hands-on experience with contracting and renewal management.
Have a structured, analytical approach and pay attention to detail.
Speak English at an Advanced level (Upper-Intermediate level with traction to Advanced)
Feel confident as both an individual contributor and a team player.
