  General Manager – Touring | Ignite Travel Group    Ignite Travel Group is seeking a General Manager to lead our Touring division through a significant growth phase - setting strategy and cultivating a high-performance culture that drives sustainable commercial results.   This is a rare opportunity to lead an established, high-potential brand. You will drive end-to-end performance across product, working closely with marketing, sales and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience - unlocking growth, strengthening global partnerships and delivering market-leading touring experiences.   With P&L accountability, you will balance strategic vision with disciplined execution - empowering your team, embedding a customer-first mindset, and positioning the growing brand for long-term success.     What you’ll bring:

• Proven senior leadership experience within travel or a related industry
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth
