The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
A fantastic opportunity to bring your strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship management skills to this role within our Financial Operations team. As a trusted team member, you will be encouraged to question the status quo and find ways to improve how we work.
The purpose of this role is two-fold, firstly to support core financial services processes, systems, and digital payments within the Financial Operations teams. Secondly, partnering with the wider business and relevant external stakeholders to deliver financial operational and system design, and implement and support change and continuous improvement initiatives. The support and financial operational design required in this role extends across several large and complex business, revenue and payment systems.
With a mix of support (process, systems and user), reporting, and interesting project work, you will not lack variety in this role. Working with a host of users and range of systems, each day will present different challenges and opportunities, requiring strong problem-solving, sound judgement and an ability to think outside the box.
There may be some travel involved in the role.
