Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, social sciences, public administration or a related field and two years of experience in human resources administration, staffing, recruiting, compensation, or related field. Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Motivation to work positively within a dynamic team environment in support of organizational objectives. Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to meet deadlines and speak to and present information to staff at all levels of the organization. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Strong writing ability, analytical problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Strong time and project management skills alongside consultative ability desired. Familiarity with Workday a plus. Human Resource certification, including but not limited to SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and SPHR. Specialized talent acquisition and/or compensation training or credential.
$70,000 annually
Standard office environment. This position is eligible for flexible work arrangements and work may be performed in office on campus or remotely in the Central Texas area. Quarterly in-person days are required for staff and team development.
