NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group.

Azure Enablement Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Enablement Engineer to join our team at NN and help us achieve our goal of becoming a socially responsible tech company that delivers digital products our customers love.

Your Impact as Azure Enablement Engineer: What are you going to do 

• Enable DevOps teams to adopt Azure through self-service platforms and standardized solutions

• Design and maintain Azure landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure DevOps)

• Develop and promote reusable platform services and templates for scalable cloud adoption

• Guide teams on Azure best practices (security, governance, networking, compliance)

• Act as a bridge between platform teams, DevOps teams, and stakeholders

• Drive platform standardization and InnerSource collaboration across teams

• Support automation and CI/CD integration for cloud infrastructure deployments

• Present, demo, and document platform capabilities and services

Who You Are:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, automation)

• Solid experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand business needs

• Strong collaboration, communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies

• Technically curious and eager to innovate

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI (or willingness to learn)

• Knowledge of Azure governance, networking, and security best practices

• Experience in large-scale cloud environments

• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and CI/CD patterns
