About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
Are you early in your People & Culture career and ready to grow? Do you love being organised, getting the details right, and helping create a great experience for people at work? If you’re curious about HR, enjoy admin and coordination, and want to learn in a supportive team, this could be a great next step.
You’ll join our small, friendly People & Culture team in Auckland, and take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and administration that supports our people across their employee journey – from onboarding and induction through to learning, engagement, reporting, HR systems, purchase orders and offboarding. You’ll work closely with our Head of Delivery, People & Talent Lead, payroll, managers and teams across the business, with guidance and support where needed.
Over time, you’ll become our go-to person for our HRIS platform (ELMO), while also supporting employee records, employment documentation, training coordination, P&C initiatives and people-related reporting. If you’re passionate about people, love good admin, and want to grow your People & Culture career in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
