Job summary
We are seeking a strong and experienced Process Lead / Team Leader to manage the reimbursement claims handling team for group health insurance policies. The role has end‑to‑end ownership of group reimbursement claims operations, ensuring service quality, productivity, compliance with policy terms, and adherence to SLAs and client agreements. The Process Lead / Team Leader plays a key role in people leadership, operational performance, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement, supporting a large and strategically important group health portfolio.
