Compliance Specialist
SUMMARY
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and validating operational activities within the NCR Atleos (Cardtronics) ATM fleet to ensure full compliance with ADA requirements. This role helps mitigate potential liabilities, prevent regulatory findings, and support the overall integrity of our compliance program. The Specialist will play a critical role in quality control, issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate and timely completion of compliance deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with daily tasks requiring extensive use of formulas, spreadsheets, and data validation.
- Review surveys, photos, and videos from thousands of field visits conducted by service providers across the U.S., approving or failing visits based on established quality standards.
- Accurately document inspection and testing results within internal systems.
- Complete assigned audits on a daily basis in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining departmental processes and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Program Management and internal teams to ensure timely dispatching of service providers and resolution of field compliance issues.
- Prior experience coordinating or supporting projects is preferred.
- Communicate relevant project or compliance information effectively through the appropriate channels.
- Conduct research across internal systems (Core, Device Manager, SharePoint) and vendor databases/web portals to validate audit findings or resolve discrepancies.
- Update and correct database inconsistencies as needed.
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in accounting, clerical, administrative support, or related roles preferred.
- Two to five years of experience using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must successfully pass all applicable background screening requirements.
