LMG is seeking a Lead Inventory Recording Coordinator to support inventory accuracy, RFID asset tracking, and warehouse operations within our Las Vegas location. This role is focused on leading inventory recording processes, maintaining accurate asset documentation, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple departments.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Lead Inventory Recording Coordinator, you will oversee inventory recording operations while supporting asset tracking, RFID processes, and cross-department collaboration.
• Inventory Leadership – Lead and support the Inventory Recording team with RFID tagging and asset documentation processes
• RFID Asset Tracking – Coordinate consistent RFID tag placement and product identification standards across equipment categories
• Database Management – Validate and maintain accurate asset records including serial numbers, product IDs, dimensions, weights, photos, and manufacturer information within inventory systems
• Team Training – Train and support new Inventory Recording Coordinators on tagging procedures, software systems, and documentation standards
• Task Coordination – Prioritize daily workflows and inventory projects based on operational needs and event schedules
• Inventory Reconciliation – Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and support location transfer accuracy
• Asset Decommissioning – Assist with equipment decommissioning, de-badging, and disposal processes as needed
• New Equipment Onboarding – Coordinate incoming asset tagging and documentation with Receiving and Equipment Logistics teams
• Reporting & Communication – Generate inventory accuracy reports and communicate issues, updates, and process improvements to leadership
• Warehouse Organization & Safety – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment while ensuring projects are completed on time
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, asset management, or warehouse operations
• Prior experience with RFID systems or inventory management software preferred
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments
• Comfortable working with inventory databases and asset management systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and moving machinery
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required within warehouse operations
