What You'll Do
IT Operations & Identity Management: Manage user lifecycles and access controls across Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Corporate Technologies while ensuring secure integration with core business apps such as Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
Process Automation: Design and implement automation workflows for onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless, error-free, and scalable user transitions.
Hardware & Inventory Management: Lead the full lifecycle of company hardware (macOS and Windows), from procurement and Intune-driven deployment to meticulous inventory tracking and maintenance.
End-User Support: Provide high-quality technical assistance to local and remote teams, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware and software issues to maintain high operational uptime.
Connectivity & Workplace Tech: Maintain and troubleshoot office networking (Wi-Fi, LAN) and conference room technologies to ensure seamless team collaboration.
What You'll Bring
Automation Mindset: A strong drive to eliminate manual tasks; proven experience in automating IT workflows, particularly in scaling onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Platform & Security Proficiency: Deep-rooted expertise in administering Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of their security architecture and interconnection.
Device Management Expertise: A proven track record of automating device management and zero-touch deployments specifically using Microsoft Intune.
