About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced cement manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of hydraulic systems critical to plant operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems and components.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic faults to minimize production downtime.

Maintain and overhaul pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic power units.

Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis.

Support installation and commissioning of new hydraulic equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support uninterrupted plant operations
- Provide training, development and leadership to plant maintenance personnel.
- Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the mechanical department.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years experience in hydraulic maintenance within cement, mining, or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with high-pressure systems and preventive maintenance practices
- Familiarity with CMMS and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
