Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans for a portfolio of capital projects
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities
Lead the execution of civil, infrastructure, plant, environmental, and tailings-related projects in collaboration with contractors and internal stakeholders
Support operational readiness, commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations teams
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and contractor performance to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze technical and project information to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline
Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
Minimum of five years of experience managing engineering or capital projects through design, construction, and commissioning phases
Experience managing earthworks, civil construction, industrial buildings, or mining-related infrastructure projects is preferred
Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or resource-sector environments is considered a strong asset
Working knowledge of project management principles, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contractor management, and risk management
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent required
