You will build the Micromobility Legal function from scratch, designing the strategy, hiring the team, and delivering hands-on across contracts, regulatory affairs, financing, and corporate governance. This role supports a multi-jurisdiction business and sits at the centre of regulation, financing, and market expansion, working directly with the CEO and leadership team on the company's most critical decisions.
You'll define what to build in-house versus outsource, manage external counsel efficiently, and scale a lean, high-impact legal team over time. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable drafting a supplier contract as they are leading a debt financing workstream with lenders.

- <point>You have experience in regulated industries (mobility, transport, energy, fintech, telecom, or similar) or multi-country operations in Europe.</point>
- <point>You have transactional strength — confident leading financing and structuring discussions and engaging directly with lenders, investors, and senior stakeholders.</point>
- <point>You have sharp regulatory instincts, understanding how regulators and cities think and can operate in fragmented, evolving regulatory environments.</point>
- <point>You have a cost-disciplined approach, knowing how to use external counsel without overspending and building lean, efficient processes.</point>
