Starting pay of $19.86/hr + more for experience
Department: Medical Education (Residency/Fellowship Programs)
Location: La Crosse, WI (Clinic 3rd Floor)
Set schedule options would be choice of 7:30AM-4PM, 8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to multiple residency and fellowship programs such as General Surgery Residency, Hem/Onc Fellowship, Hospice & Palliative Fellowship, and Emergency Medicine PA Fellowship.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook
Communicate effectively via email, phone, and chat
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Adapt to new technologies and software platforms
Collaborate with team members and program leadership
Qualifications:
Associate degree required; interest in pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills across all platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and Planner is a plus (training available)
Ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently
Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
