Job Description Summary
As a Sr Technical Product Manager within Gas Power Contractual Services Digital Technology team, you will serve as a critical orchestrator between business strategy and technology delivery. Operating in close partnership with the Contractual Services (CS) product management team and CS Value Stream Leader, you will drive strategic direction and operational accountability for high-impact programs including:
CSA Bonus/Liquidated Damage (BLD)
Escalation Factor Tracking
Non-Capital Parts Tracking – SIGE (Tritonix)
You will also serve as the primary liaison for CSA Data & Analytics (D&A) initiatives, collaborating with the Services D&A leader to define and execute a clear roadmap — including adoption of Databricks and Power BI — that transforms data into actionable business insights.

In this role, you will:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for CSA BLD, Escalation, SIGE (Tritonix), and related Contractual Services applications
- Own the wing-to-wing deliverables for CSA analytics products supporting our Contractual Services Business Line and Services Cost & Productivity organizations
- Align technology investments with Gas Power Services Hoshin initiatives and business priorities
- Partner with the CS Value Stream Leader to execute on the Integrated CS Platform roadmap
- Coordinate the work of multiple parallel teams to deliver higher-level, cross-functional outcomes
Desired Characteristics
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Proven experience applying Agile program management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, with genuine curiosity about industry trends
- Familiarity with data & analytics platforms (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI preferred)
- Solid grasp of SDLC, software product security, scalability, and documentation best practices
- PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or related Project Management certification (preferred)

Required Qualifications:
Degree requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
