Job Description Summary
As a Product Manager in the Digital Automation team, you will drive the strategic vision, tactical planning and delivery of business-critical Operations Technology, Automation and AI solutions aimed at enhancing our Global Supply Chain operations.
You will work hand-in-hand with the Global Process Digital Authority team to define business problems and design solutions. You will also partner with our internal platform and products teams to deliver integrated software and hardware solutions for the selected use-cases. The problems that you will own include AI-driven shop floor automation, automated inspection, machine connectivity, IIoT and sensoring enabled process standardization, robotics and automation.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Work with business, functional and technology stakeholders to design and build solutions in a hands-on Lean product delivery environment throughout the entire product lifecycle. Successful execution with pace is required to meet the business objectives.
- Interact with customers/stakeholders and our internal functional partners to obtain product feedback and prioritize continuously based on business needs.
- Be responsible for identifying the most critical business problems to solve, developing vision for how cutting-edge technology can be leveraged to solve those problems, articulating the impact of solution on business outcomes, and maximizing ROI of invested capital.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to define and manage end state technical architecture, based on the building blocks of the Modern Industrial Data Architecture and ensuring a seamless integration of the Automation solutions within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Be an expert and advocate of the data platform and the data product strategy; define data products for selected use-cases and lead the integration in upstream and downstream processes and tools
- Need to have a deep understanding of the technology stack and the impact of technology and architecture on the scalability and effectiveness of the data platform and products
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to define and manage end state technical architecture, and drive data platform-driven integrations and automation
- Engage frequently with the development and deployment teams and prioritize solution implementation in other ecosystem tools in order to deliver solutions in a timely manner
- Mentor junior team members; provide business problem centric leadership to internal and partner team members
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Considerable years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product
- Considerable year of operations and cross-functional supply chain experience
- GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

- Basic knowledge of Lean principles, and experience in agile principles and methods. PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe or other relevant Project Management or Agile certifications
